A Instructor and assistant professor at the University of Payame Noor, Abbas Sarafrazi’s main interests include research on Industrial clusters, Mathmatical Modelling, Co-operation Networking, Industrial and bussiness diagnostic survey and solutions in various fields, Data fields, Forcasting methods, Green Economy and Green Clusters. He relate to industries over 22 years in various fields under positions technical adviser, consultant and top level managers.The others intersting are travel, Nature, sports, art, ITC and establish factory. A. Sarafrazi believes that people learn through experience and Knowladge implementation. He designs environments for students to have meaningful learning experiences, and has named this method coaching. Abbas Sarafrazi is the Ph.D. under the supervision of Prof. Reza Tavakkoli-Moghaddam in Department of Industrial Engineering at Payame Noor University, Iran. He obtained his B.Sc. degree from Islamic Azad University – Arak Branch in 1994 and M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Mazandaran University of Science and Technology in Babol in 2001. He trained by UNIDO, ISIPO, and ITC then worked professional in Industrial clusters and Economic development projects since 2006 under cluster development agent and technical adviser about 25 projects and studies in ISIPO. He received an award for the best cluster development project from the Islamic Azad University - Science and Research Branch in Arak in 2009. His research interests include clustering and data mining and data analysis, industrial clusters, sustainability; uncertainty analysis, and networks. He has published a few papers in cluster field
