Dr. Amiri named among World's Top 2% Scientist by Elsevier and Stanford University, USA. He is interested in the integration of pure and applied botany by focusing on the uses of plants. His other favourite research theme is interdisciplinary studies associated with economic, medicinal and aromatic plants. His Family's Business is Herbal Medicine (Iranian traditional medicinal plants) with roots going back over 100 years. He is perfectly familiar with all Iranian medicinal plants and their uses.
