Hassan Soleimani is an associate professor of Applied Linguistics at Payame Noor University, Iran. Dr. Soleimani received his Ph. D. in applied linguistics from Isfahan University in 2008. He has authored several books including Non-parametric Statistics for Applied Linguistics Research in 2010, a chapter in Issues in Materials Development by Sense Publishers, the Netherlands, in 2016, and Computer Assisted Language Learning: Theory to Practice by Payame Noor University Publication in 2021. He is the author of several articles and has presented some papers at international conferences. His special interests are SLA issues in general and CALL in particular. He is presently teaching CALL and first language acquisition, at the PNU Ph.D. post-graduate school.
