In Iran, there is a nationwide radio network with a specialized sports theme. This channel has been often the most popular specialized radio network in Iran. One of the most effective experiences in this period was set up short 3-minute information stations at the top of each hour, launching a national sports bell for general and coordinated sports in 3 minutes throughout Iran, and speeding up the process of broadcasting with a special audience-friendly conductor. During this period, the audience increased by about 4% (out of the total audience of about 30% of the radio) to about 9%.

One of my valuable experiences during this period was organizing sports events at Payame Noor University based on the pattern of the Olympic Games and localization within the university. According to this approach, single-sport competitions were held every year and hosted by one of the provincial universities, and the champions qualified for the university's multi-disciplinary national olympiad the following year. One of the advantages of this model was that the experience of hosting and holding sports events, which was limited to 4 cities, now increased to more than 20 cities in 2 years, and the multi-sports olympiad was held with better quality than before. For this purpose, all experiences and procedures were organized in the form of a book and provided to all relevant units to follow the work process based on it. This book became more complete with each new experience and created a great resource for hosting college sports events.

One of my valuable experiences during this period was preparing comprehensive programs to guide related activities. These programs were developed in such a way that all relevant units of the Ministry of Sports and Youth in the form of a coordinated system and annual calendar, organize their activities in relation to each other. In the continuation of this set, executive instructions were set for each activity so that the activities are performed based on an effective and efficient process. This effort also led to a textbook that is now being taught as a textbook in universities.

One of my most valuable experiences was founding the Sports department in TV Iranian News Network. With the advent of this network, the sports sector was considered and was one of the most popular sectors. The innovations created and the fundamental differences between its news coverage and other similar news sections soon established a credible position. My success led me to be selected as the best network manager at one time and as the best professional editor among all the news sections of IRIB on two occasions.
